Step 1 — Preparation

You complete a focused questionnaire so I can understand your current position, aspirations and constraints. You’ll also provide your institution’s performance expectations and any other relevant documents. This ensures our first session is efficient, targeted and grounded in your context.

Step 2 — Three Strategy Sessions

Across three structured 1:1 sessions, we build a realistic five‑year career plan aligned with your goals, strengths and institutional realities. You finish with a clear direction, defined milestones and a plan you can act on immediately.

Step 3 — Follow up (if needed)

Follow‑up sessions can be arranged on an ad‑hoc basis to adjust your plan if circumstances change, ensuring your plan remains relevant and achievable.
